Upstate house will be a single family residence in the Hudson Valley NY.

The house will be as simple and as fast to build as possible, and ideally construction cost will be kept under $150k. Materials to be as low carbon, and natural, as possible and the house will sit lightly on the ground via post footings. At some point I’ll write a poem about this project.
